How we work

Our engagements follow a structured sequence designed to produce measurable outcomes rather than advisory reports. Every phase is time-bounded and tied to agreed deliverables.

• Intake & Scoping — We review your request, conduct a structured intake call, and define scope with clear objectives and deliverables. 1–2 weeks
• Diagnostic Assessment — We assess your current state against AAOIFI standards requirements, identify gaps, and validate priorities with your team. 2–4 weeks
• Solution Design & Delivery — We co-design and deliver a tailored solution: roadmap, governance framework, policy suite, training, or regulatory guidance.
• Review & Closure — We validate deliverables against agreed objectives and provide a formal closure report. Ongoing retainer support is available.
