Структурирование сукук в соответствии с новыми стандартами AAOIFI (арабский язык)
Обзор программы
Контекст программы
This workshop is part of the Market-Development Suite, positioning the AAOIFI Centre as a technical reference point on Sukuk structuring. This Arabic-language version delivers the same content as WS6, serving Arabic-speaking practitioners across the Gulf, Middle East, and North Africa.
Why This Programme Matters
The revised AAOIFI Sukuk standards represent a significant development in the Islamic capital market. Treasury professionals, legal teams, and Shari’ah practitioners must understand what has changed, why, and how the new framework applies to both new issuances and existing structures. Failure to apply the new requirements correctly creates legal, governance, and Shari’ah compliance risks.
Programme Approach
Delivered in Arabic over two days in a hybrid format. Combines presentations, case studies, and group discussion, with a focus on practical structuring exercises.
Day 1: Shari’ah and Governance Framework
- Sukuk structures under the new AAOIFI Sukuk standards
- Shari’ah principles governing Sukuk: asset ownership, risk transfer, and prohibitions
- Roles of issuers, arrangers, trustees, and Shari’ah boards
- Governance failures and compliance risks in Sukuk structures
Day 2: Structuring, Accounting, and Practical Illustratives
- Structuring of common Sukuk types under AAOIFI Standards
- Legal documentation and transaction flow
- Accounting and reporting considerations for Sukuk
- Investor protection, transparency, and ongoing compliance
- Practical structuring illustrations and case-based discussion
Progression Pathway
An intermediate-to-advanced specialist workshop. The English version of this programme (WS6) covers the same content for English-speaking audiences.
Note: This programme is delivered in Arabic. All written materials are in Arabic.
